What we got wrong
We underestimated how much of the value lives in the boring middle of the stack — auditability, observability, deployment ergonomics. The model is one chapter. The plumbing is the book.
What is next
Deeper integrations into the systems banks actually run on. Better tooling for policy authors. And a relentless focus on the parts of the day that feel small — because that is where the gains compound.
